Job summary

Aspora is seeking a Senior Product Designer to elevate its international fintech platform in UX and visual design. You will own the design process from research to polished experiences, evolve the design system, and guide other designers in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.

You will lead high-quality work, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and shape design standards across iOS, Android and web platforms.

About the role

As a Senior Product Designer for Aspora you will be responsible for taking Aspora’s international fintech platform to the next level in both user experience and visual design. You will lead the product design process from early-stage user research, through to the delivery of polished, production-ready experiences. You will own and evolve our design system, help to guide the craft and growth of other designers, and work hand-in-hand with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams in a fast-moving and often ambiguous environment.

This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring you to set a clear vision for design while also delivering high-quality work yourself.

What you’ll own

• Lead end-to-end product design processes: research, wireframing, high-fidelity mocks and prototypes.

• Shapen and scale our design system, enabling high execution speed whilst ensuring consistency, accessibility, and efficiency.

• Mentor and support a small team of designers to foster craft, growth, and collaboration.

• Collaborate deeply with our Product leaders and Engineers to define user-centered features and drive clear flows.

• Advocate for user-experience best practices through user interviews, usability testing, and design critique rituals.

• Set and uphold design standards across mobile (iOS/Android) and web platforms.

• Balance strategic vision with hands-on execution. Own high-impact design initiatives from concept through launch.

Who you Are

• 5+ years of product design experience. Ideally within consumer-facing platforms.

• Proven leadership in scaling design systems and mentoring junior designers.

• Mastery in tools like Figma (or similar), prototyping, and responsive design principles.

• Strong UX fundamentals and ability to translate research insights into elegant, human-centered designs.

• Skilled collaborator who works effectively with Product, Engineering, and any other relevant stakeholders in a dynamic cross-functional environment.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity with high ownership, whilst optimising for speed.
