Job summary

Yulu is seeking a senior product designer to own end-to-end design for mobile and web platforms in Bengaluru. You will rapidly generate concepts, conduct user testing, and iterate based on feedback while collaborating closely with engineers, PMs, and researchers to ensure designs align with business goals and technical constraints.

You will mentor junior designers and help cultivate a user-centric, data-driven design culture across cross-functional teams, delivering impactful, scalable solutions

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on product design experience on mobile and web platforms.
• Strong portfolio of shipped products demonstrating user-centered design.
• Experience conducting usability testing and iterating based on feedback.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership from sketches to high-fidelity designs.
• Generate multiple concepts/prototypes and iterate based on user testing.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to align design with goals and feasibility.
• Create data-driven, informed design solutions considering insights and platform constraints.
