Soroco builds software thatgives operations and business-transformation leaders at the world's biggestcompanies real visibility into how their teams work and a way to make that workbetter. The team behind it is a mix of founders, technologists, and academicsfrom places like Harvard and MIT, and we were doing serious AI work before GPTwas a household name.
Our work graph platform runs onthe digital interaction data enterprise teams generate every day, is backed by600+ patents, and has topped Everest Group's PEAK Matrix for digitalinteraction intelligence for four years running.
Work itself is changing fast asAI takes on more of it, and we're evolving the product to keep pace. Beyondobservability, we want our product to simulate what the future state oftheir work should look like.
We want to turn the product intosomething closer to an automated consultant — a domain specialist that'sgenuinely good at analyzing a business problem, reasoning through it,simulating options, and proposing solutions the way a sharp human consultant would.
To build that, we need someonewho already has deep, hard-won expertise in Insurance — earned either inconsulting or from years building products for the industry — and who's excitedto encode that expertise into an AI product. You'd work closely with productand engineering to define, build, test, and keep improving it, and yourjudgment would directly shape decisions tens of thousands of operators rely on.It's a chance to take a career of domain knowledge and turn it into somethingthat scales far beyond what one person could ever achieve in a lifetime workingalone.
In your first four months, you'll have translated your insurance expertise into a defined point of view onwhich workflows the product should redesign and how — specific enough thatengineering can build against it and partners can sell it. By eight months, that work will be in front of real carriers and brokers, and you'll beiterating it against what actually happens in their operating environments.
