Base pay range

Role: Senior Product Analyst

• Experience: 2 - 4 Years
• Location: Bangalore (Work from office)
• Budget: 12 - 16 LPA

What We’re Looking For

• 2 - 4 years of backend development experience
• Strong foundation in Python (FastAPI/Django) and/or .NET (C#)
• Solid understanding of SQL, PostgreSQL preferred
• Familiarity with microservices architecture, service orchestration, and inter‑service communication
• Experience with messaging queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS)
• Knowledge of caching layers (e.g., Redis, Memcached) for performance tuning
• Experience in building, testing, and documenting REST APIs
• Working knowledge and hands‑on experience of Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and metrics collection
• Bonus: Exposure to C#, .NET Core, or Azure is a plus
• Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

What You’ll Do

• Transform and analyse the client data via our platform using standard analytical tools and techniques including MS Excel, SǪL, Python
• Work collaboratively with clients to onboard, train and utilise our platform
• Develop, codify and share learnings to support product development and delivery
• Design and lead build out of new product features
• Stay updated on latest climate regulation, industrial manufacturing technology (metals, cement and utilities) and analytics techniques
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement of dev workflows
• Follow best practices around API versioning, rate limiting, and observability
