Base Pay Range

Salary range: Rs 4,000,000 – Rs 6,000,000 (INR 40‑60 LPA)

Minimum Experience: 7 years

Location: Gurgaon

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology and platform strategy for enterprise analytics and cloud‑based software solutions.
• Architect and scale a robust, secure, and high‑performance analytics platform using cloud‑native and microservices architectures.
• Lead development of data pipelines, telemetry ingestion, real‑time analytics, and reporting frameworks.
• Enable seamless integration with mobile robotics systems through APIs and enterprise‑grade interfaces.
• Drive platform commercialization by aligning technical capabilities with customer needs and business outcomes.
• Manage and mentor cross‑functional engineering teams, ensuring high delivery standards and timely execution.
• Collaborate closely with product, data science, and business teams to prioritize features and roadmap initiatives.
• Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and performance across large‑scale deployments.
• Establish best practices for architecture, security, observability, and DevOps.

Requirements

• 12‑15 years of experience in enterprise software or analytics platform development, with 8+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed systems.
• Hands‑on experience with microservices, data pipelines, and large‑scale analytics platforms.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Grafana, Power BI, or equivalent.
• Proven track record of building, launching, and scaling SaaS or enterprise analytics platforms.
• Experience working with IoT or telemetry data and real‑time monitoring systems.
• Knowledge of mobile robotics platforms, fleet management systems, and API‑based integrations is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to lead high‑performing engineering teams and deliver complex programs under tight timelines.
• Strong commercial and product‑oriented mindset to translate technology into measurable business value.

Educational Qualifications

• B.Tech / M.Tech / MBA in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
