Job summary

IFF is seeking a seasoned Intercompany Accountant for its Hyderabad-based Global Business Services. The role focuses on month-end intercompany reconciliations, pair-level consolidation, and ensuring accurate close processes within an ERP environment.

You will collaborate with finance teams across trading partners to ensure complete and auditable records. The ideal candidate brings 2–7 years in R2R intercompany accounting, strong Excel skills, and exposure to SAP S/4HANA or similar systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in commerce or management, or CA Inter / CMA Inter.
• 2–7 years of relevant experience in Record-to-Report (R2R) Intercompany Accounting.
• Strong MS Excel skills for reconciliation, analysis, and reporting.
• Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, EPM, AO, ICMR or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile intercompany transactions monthly and cross-validate trading partners.
• Perform pair-level reconciliations for AR/AP, Loans, Interest, Commission, Royalty, and other balances.
• Prepare top-side journal vouchers to address significant imbalances.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation; support audits.
