AtkinsRéalis India Private Limited is seeking an experienced Privileged Access Security Engineer to design, deliver, and support enterprise PAM solutions using BeyondTrust PAM, Password Safe, PRA, and Secrets Safe. You will handle escalations, develop PAM policies, and ensure secure integration with AD/Azure Entra ID across multinational environments.

The role requires strong governance awareness (NIST, ISO 27001) and a proactive approach to adoption with stakeholders.

• Experience delivering a Beyond Trust PAM solution into a customer environment.
• Experience designing and deploying Beyond Trust Privilege Remote Access into a customer environment.
• Experience with beyond trust Password Safe & Secrets Safe deployments.
• Experience migrating PAM services from on premise to Cloud environments.
• Beyond Trust certification.
• Understanding of Governance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001).
• Clear and fluent English (verbal and written).

Job Description Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Privileged Access Security Engineer with strong expertise in BeyondTrust PAM, Password Safe, PRA and Secrets Safe to design, deliver and support enterprise PAM solutions

• Your role Experience delivering a Beyond Trust Privilege Access Management (PAM) solution into a customer environment.
• Experience with designing and deploying the Beyond Trust Privilege Remote Access solution into a customer environment.
• Experience with designing and deploying the Beyond Trust Password Safe solution into a customer environment.
• Experience with delivering a new environment, or extending an existing environment.
• Taking escalations for Beyond Trust (PAM) incidents from junior staff.
• Acting a the last point of escalation.
• Designing, developing and delivering PAM policies and standards
• Experience with BeyondTrust Secrets Safe, including application credentials, API keys, tokens, certificates and SSH keys.
• Good understanding of least privilege, RBAC and privileged-access security principles.
• Ability to independently manage technical issues, changes, incidents and operational activities in an enterprise PAM environment.
• Beyond Trust certification.
• Experience supporting and troubleshoot PAM services within a multinational organisation.
• Experience with developing and assisting users with their adoption of a PAM solution, including gaining buy‑in from key stakeholders.
• Experience with the Beyond Trust Entitle product.
• Understanding of Governance frameworks (NIST, IOS 27001).
• Integrating PAM solutions with business applications.
• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory / Azure / Entra ID.
• Managing risks within a complex project environment.

• Experience with Privilege Account lifecycle.
• Experience migrating PAM services from on premise to Cloud environments.
• Experience with Multi‑Factor and Certificate Services.
• Experience with Quest Active Roles.
• Automation / Scripting experience.
• Proven experience of delivering process efficiencies and improvements.
• Clear and fluent English (both verbal and written).
• Ability to build and maintain efficient working relationships with remote teams.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and complete your own work, whilst remaining a team player.
• Willingness to engage with and work in other technologies.
