Requirement/Description:

Job Description-

Weare seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the

implementation,and continuous improvement of global eInvoicing,

eReporting,and Tax Compliance initiatives. The successful candidate will

actas the bridge between Business, Finance, Tax, and IT teams to ensure

compliancewith evolving regulatory requirements while optimizing end-to-

endinvoicing processes.

Thisrole requires a strong combination of business analysis, process

improvement,stakeholder management, and technology understanding.

Candidatemust be able to read and troubleshoot XML invoice structures.

KeyResponsibilities

BusinessAnalysis & Requirements Management

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to eInvoicing,eReporting, and indirect tax compliance
• Support requirements gathering and stakeholder interviews across Finance,Tax, Operations, and IT teams.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications based on EN16931
• Perform gap analyses between current and future-state processes.
• Support End to End Testing (E2E) & User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - testcases, acceptance criteria, validation of XML outputs.

eInvoicing& Compliance

• Ensure alignment between local compliance requirements and global processstandards
• Support the implementation of country-specific requirements such as:
• PEPPOL
• InternalUse - Confidentialo ViDA (VAT in the Digital Age)
• Factur-X(FR)
• Other regional and global mandates
• Collaborate with Tax and Finance to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support global and regional rollout activities.

Technology& Integration

• Work closely with ERP and integration teams.
• Support integration activities involving:
• Oracle Fusion ERP
• eInvoicing service providers
• Participate in testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.

Stakeholder

• Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams.

RequiredSkills & Experience

BusinessAnalysis

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Business Consultant.
• Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills.
• Experience with process analysis and process mapping.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Experience preparing business cases and functional specifications.

InternalUse - ConfidentialFinance & Tax Domain Knowledge

• Understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Knowledge of invoice lifecycle management.
• Familiaritywith VAT regulations and indirect tax processes.
• Understanding of global tax compliance and reporting requirements.

eInvoicingExpertise

• Experience with eInvoicing and eReporting initiatives.
• Knowledge of PEPPOL, EN16931, ViDA, and country-specific eInvoicing mandates.
• Familiarity with compliance platforms and digital reporting frameworks.
• Experience supporting multinational compliance rollouts.

TechnologySkills

• Understanding of ERP systems, preferably Oracle ERP
• Basic understanding of:
• XML, XSLT, XSD, UBL, CII - ability to read, validate and
• JSON
• SQL
• Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar tools.
