Oracle's Global Finance Information Center in Bangalore seeks a Global E-Invoicing Business Analyst to design, implement, and rollout e-invoicing and e-reporting capabilities across multiple countries.

You will bridge regulatory and business requirements with Tax, Finance, IT, Legal/Compliance, local teams, and external service providers, owning country-specific analysis and coordinating the end-to-end rollout from discovery to go-live.

• Develop and support test scenarios, UAT, invoice-data validation, defect resolution, and end-to-end testing across standard and exception scenarios.
• Track implementation milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, and open issues; provide timely stakeholder updates and elevate blockers as appropriate.
• Maintain standardized implementation documentation and promote reuse of global requirements, templates, mappings, and solution components while accommodating valid country-specific requirements.

Oracle’s Global Finance Information Center (GFIC) in Bangalore is a strategic shared-services center supporting Oracle’s global Finance operations. Within GFIC, the Accounts Receivable Center of Excellence manages global invoice-delivery operations and supports Oracle’s response to the evolving global e-invoicing and e-reporting landscape.

Job Summary

The Global E-Invoicing Business Analyst will support the design, implementation, and rollout of e-invoicing and e-reporting capabilities across multiple countries.

This role serves as a bridge between country-specific regulatory and business requirements and the teams responsible for delivering scalable global solutions, including Tax, Finance, IT, Legal/Compliance, local teams, and external e-invoicing service providers.

The Business Analyst will own business analysis deliverables for assigned country implementations and coordinate activities across the implementation lifecycle—from regulatory discovery and requirements definition through data mapping, testing, go-live, and stabilization—while promoting the reuse of global standards and solution components.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document country-specific e-invoicing and e-reporting requirements in collaboration with Tax, Legal/Compliance, and local teams, including invoice formats, mandatory data elements, validation rules, and submission, clearance, or reporting models.

Qualifications & Skills

Mandatory
