Overview

Marsh McLennan Corporate is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Noida/Gurugram/Pune/Mumbai office:

Senior Principal Engineer / Manager - IT Quality & Assurance Testing

Responsibilities

• Work in a diverse and inclusive culture as part of a global organization
• Working on Globally implemented Mercer Compass application testing
• A fast pace, demanding and collaborative environment with exposure to senior leaders
• To work collaboratively with current testing team and contribute to creating & enhancing test automation framework
• Assist in planning and managing the project deliveries
• Be a team player to fulfil delivery timelines and be compliant to all policies
• Align with stakeholders and project needs to ensure quality deliverables
• Engage and maintain high Stakeholder engagement, develop employee competency and assist in the understanding of deliverables
• We will count on you to:
• Strong experience working with MSSQL, API test automation
• Strong experience in either WebdriverIO or Cypress or Playwright
• Good understanding of working with a source control systems such as Azure DevOps/TFS, Github or Bitbucket
• Experience working with Jira

Qualifications

• What you need to have:
• Strong understanding of Test Engineering and Quality Assurance best practices, tools and policies
• The ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical colleagues in a cross-functional environment
• Proven track record of successfully delivering Quality software solutions
• Strong Leadership skills and a team player
• Experience or knowledge of working with Agile at Scale, Lean and Continuous Delivery approaches such as Continuous Integration, Test-Driven Development and Infrastructure as Code
• Experience in Selenium tools and Configuring Selenium Test Environment (Ex: Eclipse IDE, Java, Selenium-C# etc…). Involvement in Test Environment Setup
• Familiar with Automation Framework Design and Implementation
• Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices
