Job summary

Omni Design Technologies is expanding its team to develop cutting-edge analog and mixed-signal IP cores for next-generation SoCs, spanning 28nm to advanced FinFET nodes. The role focuses on high-speed links, Serdes, PCIe/UCIe, and rigorous lab testing, with collaboration across design, boards, and customers.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in analog/mixed-signal circuits, 2–10 years of experience, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills for customer engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
• 2 to 10 years experience.
• Job requires analytical thinking and problem-solving attitude.
• Good communication skills for customer engagement.
• Able to document and organize data & results.

Technical Skill Sets

• The candidate should have good understanding of analog and mixed signal circuits with experience in high-speed links such as Serdes, PCIe, UCIe
• Experience with high-speed digital circuits, interfaces and lab. testing is required
• Experience in lab. measuring instruments such as High Speed Oscilloscope, BERT etc
• Experience on FPGA based emulation and validation
• Experience with Tx/Rx equalization techniques and circuits like de-emphasis, CTLE, DFE is desirable
• Knowledge of PCIe, UCIe, USB, Ethernet etc protocols is desirable
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and interact well with cross-functional teams such as design, boards, customers etc
