GlobalLogic in Chennai is seeking an experienced leader to define the long-term vision for the Data and AI Service Line, while driving differentiated offerings and mentorship across teams. The role emphasizes strategic influence, client-ready storytelling, and strong collaboration across global stakeholders.

The incumbent will partner with pre-sales to anchor opportunities, lead RFI/RFP responses, and facilitate executive reviews, ensuring profitability and delivery alignment with client

• Capability Building & Technology Expertise: define the long-term vision and roadmap for Data and AI Service Line; develop differentiated offerings and credible capability presentations
• Presales & Strategic Partnership: anchor medium to large opportunities with solution architecture input; lead end-to-end RFIs/RFPs
• Delivery Interlock & Governance: ensure cross-functional alignment between Sales, Engineering, and Delivery; oversee pricing models and project schedules

Key Responsibilities

• Capability Building & Technology Expertise (50%)
  • Practice Leadership: Define the long-term vision and roadmap for the Data and AI Service Line, staying ahead of market trends and emerging technologies.
  • Innovation & Offerings: Develop differentiated solution offerings, high-impact use cases, and compelling capability presentations that position GlobalLogic as a leader in AI.
  • Talent Mentorship: Foster a proactive learning mindset within the team, encouraging the expansion of technical knowledge and mastery of new AI frameworks.
  • Asset Creation: Oversee the development of reusable frameworks, accelerators, and a comprehensive insights database to leverage institutional knowledge.
• Presales & Strategic Partnership (25%)
  • Solution Architecture: Partner with pre-sales and account leadership to anchor medium to large-scale opportunities, translating intricate AI strategies into persuasive proposal narratives.
  • Bid Strategy: Lead the end-to-end proposal development process for Data-centric RFIs and RFPs, ensuring the delivery of winning, client-centric solutions.
  • Executive Facilitation: Lead strategic review sessions with senior leadership, outlining proposed technical solutions, delivery approaches, and commercial viability.
• Delivery Interlock & Governance (25%)
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure that "what is sold" can be "successfully delivered".
  • Profitability Management: Take ownership of bid pricing models and profitability sheets to ensure solutions are commercially viable and aligned with delivery capabilities.
  • Quality Assurance: Provide strategic oversight on large-scale project plans and schedules to ensure compliant and high-quality delivery.
