The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring that the project objectives are met within the specified timeline and budget.

Responsibilities:

• Developing project schedules and timelines, tracking project progress and updating schedules accordingly
• Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation plans
• Collaborating with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
• Analyzing project data and providing recommendations for improvements
• Preparing reports and presentations for project stakeholders
• Ensuring that all project documentation is complete and up-to-date
• Participating in project meetings and providing updates on project status
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Managing project resources effectively
• Lead the design and analysis of structural systems, ensuring they meet both functional and aesthetic requirements
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive solutions
• Conduct thorough reviews of design documentation and provide technical guidance to junior designers and engineers
• Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that all milestones are met efficiently

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
• Aged between 25 to 40 years
• 7+ years of experience in planning, with a strong portfolio of completed projects
• Proven work experience as a Planning Engineer or a similar role
• Good knowledge of project management software and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations
• Good knowledge of construction and engineering principles
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in Telugu and English
