• 1. Project Planning & Scheduling in MSP (Microsoft project) on monthly basis.
• 2. Planning of material procurement for projects.
• 3. Cash flow charts preparation & tracking
• 4. PFS & updating costs every quarter.
• 5. Tender document study & follow up for correspondence with Department.
• 6. Review meeting in coordination with Project Office & site every month & follow up for achievement of target.
• 7. Revision in planning & follow up bottle necks of project execution.
• 8. Tender document study & claim management
• 9. Budget achievement follow-up.
• 10. Bill tracking for cash flow.
• 11. Arranging Bought out material of project in coordination with Purchase Department.
• 12. Sub-contractors management PQ
• 13. Tracking project progress and preparing project reports i.e DPR, MPR, procurement reports & meeting reports.
• 14. Coordinating with execution team for monitoring project progress.
