Job summary

Wroots Global in Coimbatore is seeking a Senior PKI professional to lead PKI operations, manage certificate lifecycle, and handle escalations in a security-critical production environment.

The role focuses on Microsoft PKI/AD CS, certificate templates, CRLs and trust chains, with exposure to DigiCert and Sectigo. Hybrid work model is offered, with 3 days WFO.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant IT experience.
• Strong hands-on PKI experience.
• Experience in production/security-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead PKI operations and act as the technical escalation point.
• Manage Microsoft PKI / Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS).
• Handle certificate generation, renewal, issuance and revocation.
• Manage certificate templates, CRLs, CAs and trust chains.
• Manage public certificates using DigiCert / Sectigo.
• Troubleshoot certificate issuance, trust-chain and validation issues.
• Support PKI architecture, design and implementation.
• Ensure PKI operations meet security, compliance and SLA requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to PKI engineers.
