Job summary

ITTRP Pvt Ltd is seeking a Senior PHP & React Developer to own end-to-end development of high-performance web applications. You will work on PHP, CodeIgniter, React, and AWS EC2—architecting, deploying, and guiding a small team to deliver scalable solutions.

The role involves API integrations, performance optimization, and collaborative work with UI/UX, QA, product, and backend teams to ensure secure, robust software. Some mentoring of 3-5 developers is required.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of professional web development experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with PHP.
• Strong expertise in CodeIgniter framework.
• Strong hands‑on experience with React.js.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance production-grade web applications using PHP, CodeIgniter, and React.
• Take end-to-end ownership of features from requirement analysis to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable backend architectures.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Work with databases and optimize queries for application performance.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS EC2.
• Configure and troubleshoot application environments on AWS.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, QA, product, and backend/frontend teams.
• Drive technical decisions and establish coding best practices.
• Break down requirements into technical tasks and ensure timely delivery.
• Mentor and guide a team of 3-5 developers from a technical perspective.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain high coding and security standards.
• Debug production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in technical discussions with stakeholders and provide feasible implementation approaches.
