Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance custom ERP, CRM, and OMS systems
• Lead backend architecture and database design for enterprise‑grade applications
• Develop reusable modules and components for large‑scale systems
• Collaborate with product owners, frontend developers, and QA teams
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
• Integrate third‑party APIs, payment gateways, and external systems
• Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide long‑term solutions
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance

Required Skills and Qualifications
