Job summary

JobItUs in India is hiring an experienced Performance Testing Engineer to lead testing for cloud and serverless applications. You will design, execute, and optimize performance tests across the stack, ensuring reliability under load.

You will develop scripts with JMeter, Gatling, or Locust, monitor Lambda and other functions, and partner with Dev and SRE teams to drive performance improvements in CI/CD pipelines. Strong scripting and cloud expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer / IT.
• 5+ years of experience in Performance Testing / Performance Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and serverless technologies, especially AWS Lambda.
• Experience with performance monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Strong understanding of serverless performance, scalability, concurrency, and resource optimisation.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar scripting/programming languages.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, API testing, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in serverless performance monitoring and CI/CD integration.

Responsibilities
