Persistent is seeking a Senior Pega Developer in Hyderabad with 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience. You will design, build and optimize enterprise-scale Pega solutions, focusing on case management, decisioning, integrations, and performance.

You will mentor juniors, participate in architecture reviews, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable workflow-driven applications adhering to guardrails and best practices.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Pega Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-grade workflow and business process management solutions using Pega Infinity and Pega PRPC 8.x. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in case management, decisioning, integrations, application architecture, and performance optimization. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering scalable and secure Pega solutions that support complex business processes and digital transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and cross-functional teams to build highly efficient workflow-driven applications while ensuring adherence to Pega best practices and guardrails.
