This role supports multi-country payroll across US, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, Middle East and APAC regions. You will ensure accuracy, timely processing, audits, and compliance with country-specific statutory requirements while maintaining confidentiality of payroll data.

We are looking for an experienced Snr. Payroll Specialist to support in-house payroll processing through Workday Payroll and outsourced Payroll solution through ADP. The role will support multi-country payroll processing, including one or more of the following: US, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, Middle East and APAC regions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on payroll experience, excellent attention to detail, experience working with payroll vendors, and the ability to manage payroll activities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
end-to-end payroll processing for assigned countries or regions, ensuring payroll is processed accurately and on time. Process payroll transactions in Workday Payroll , including new hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, allowances, deductions, tax changes, and other payroll inputs. Coordinate with ADP outsourced payroll providers to submit payroll data, validate payroll outputs, and ensure timely payroll completion. Review payroll previews, variance reports, gross-to-net calculations, and final payroll registers before approval. Ensure payroll inputs are complete, accurate, and aligned with approved HR and Finance data. Support off-cycle payroll processing, retro payments, corrections, and final settlements as required. Work with local payroll providers, HR teams, Finance, and other stakeholders to resolve payroll-related issues. Ensure payroll activities comply with applicable country-specific statutory, tax, social security, pension, and employment requirements. Maintain awareness of country-specific payroll rules, deadlines, statutory reporting requirements, and year-end activities.
Perform payroll audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance. Ensure all payroll activities follow internal controls, company policies, approval matrices, and audit requirements. Maintain payroll documentation, process notes, approvals, and evidence for internal and external audits. Support statutory filings, year-end reporting, tax forms, and compliance-related payroll activities. Ensure payroll activities comply with applicable country-specific statutory, tax, social security, pension, and employment requirements. Protect employee payroll data and always ensure confidentiality.
