Job summary

Zenoti is seeking a Payments Operations professional in Hyderabad to manage payment/acquiring operations across global merchants. You will handle payroll-related payments, resolve disputes, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth processing across time zones.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in managing payment/acquiring operations for a payment processor, banks, or other financial institutions.
• Experience in payments domain is highly desirable.
• Ability to handle escalations and resolve issues quickly.
• Exposure to global payments landscape is preferred.
• Strong communication skills.

What will I be doing?

• Processing Payment metrics (decline rates, processing, payouts, etc.)

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure compliance with US payroll policies and regulations.
• Ready to work in Shifts across different time zones.
