Job summary

Sagacious Elevate is seeking a Senior Patent Analyst in the ICT Prosecution team to draft responses to PTO communications and manage US/EP patent prosecutions. The role blends legal insight with ICT knowledge to ensure compliant, timely filings and high-quality work for clients.

You will file and prosecute patent applications, prepare responses to office actions, communicate with clients on status, and maintain meticulous records and documentation.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in patent prosecution in the ICT domain.
• Strong understanding of global procedures (USPTO, EPO, WIPO).
• Knowledge of 101, 102, 103 & 112

The role involves a mix of legal and technical knowledge to ensure successful patent prosecution while complying with jurisdiction-specific rules and client expectations.

Specifically, the Senior Patent Analyst - ICT Prosecution will

• File and prosecute patent applications in US & EP.
• Draft and file responses to PTO communications.

Experience
