Job summary

Jobtailor in India is seeking an experienced Oracle technical lead to work with clients on end-to-end Oracle implementations, focusing on PL/SQL, OTBI, BI Publisher and RICE components. You will design reusable assets and mentor the team to deliver robust solutions.

The role requires strong communication skills to discuss technical and functional issues with executives and customer personnel while ensuring adherence to best practices in the development life cycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical experience.
• At least 2 years of End-to-End implementations experience.
• Excellent Oracle technical skills.
• Ability to build complex Oracle RICE components using PL/SQL and SQL.
• Experience in functional specifications, OTBI reports and analytics.
• Configuration of Oracle templates in BI Publisher.
• Experience in Oracle Workflows or OAF.
• Awareness of SOA would be a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, able to discuss technical & functional issues/solutions in highly escalated situations, with executives, support & customer personnel.
