Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Primavera Unifier Developer with 8-12 years of IT experience, including strong expertise in Oracle Primavera Unifier development, configuration, customization, integration, and support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Unifier solutions to support enterprise project management, capital planning, and construction management processes. The candidate should possess strong technical and functional knowledge of Primavera Unifier, business process configuration, workflow design, integration development, and report generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain Oracle Primavera Unifier applications and solutions.
• Configure Business Processes (BPs), Shell Templates, workflows, forms, and data structures within Primavera Unifier.
• Develop and customize Unifier components based on business requirements.
• Implement and support Cost Management, Contract Management, Capital Planning, and Project Controls modules.
• Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and data extracts using BI Publisher and Oracle reporting tools.
• Develop and support integrations between Primavera Unifier and enterprise applications such as ERP, Oracle Fusion, SAP, Oracle EBS, Primavera P6, and third-party systems.
• Build and maintain web services, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware integrations.
• Perform requirement gathering, solution design, technical documentation, and effort estimation.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis and resolution.
• Participate in application upgrades, patching, migration, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, architects, and functional consultants.
• Follow best practices for system performance, security, governance, and compliance.

Requirements

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Primavera Unifier Configuration & Development
• Expertise in uDesigner, Business Processes (BPs), Workflows, Forms, and Shell Templates
• Experience with Cost Management, Cost Sheets, Cash Flow, Fund Management, and Contract Management
• Hands-on experience in Primavera Unifier REST APIs, Web Services, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Integration experience with Primavera P6, Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, or SAP
• Strong knowledge of BI Publisher, Data Views, and Unifier Reporting.
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL/PLSQL for reporting and data management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 8-12 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Primavera Unifier.
• Proven experience in implementing large-scale Primavera Unifier solutions.
• Strong understanding of Project Controls, Capital Projects, Construction Management, and Cost Management processes.
• Experience working in Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
