Job summary

Vrinda International in Gurgaon is seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Finance Functional Consultant to join our hybrid delivery team. You will lead functional design, configure SLA, and coordinate with global stakeholders on ERP implementation projects.

The role requires 8–10 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS Financials expertise, with a strong focus on SLA, multi-ledger accounting, and reconciliations across ledgers.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS Financials.
• Strong knowledge of Subledger Accounting (SLA) and cross-ledger reconciliation.
• Experience in requirements gathering and ERP implementation delivery.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for Oracle Fusion and EBS Subledger Accounting.
• Lead requirements gathering, gap analysis and functional solution design.
• Work on Payments and SLA processes.
• Configure SLA accounting rules, journal line types and account derivation rules.
• Support multi-ledger, multi-currency and global accounting requirements.
• Handle reconciliation between subledgers and General Ledger.
• Define and document business process flows, BR100s and Functional Design Documents (FDDs).
• Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Participate in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery models.
• Provide functional guidance throughout large-scale ERP implementations.
