Birlasoft Limited in Pune, India seeks a Senior Oracle CPQ Functional Lead Consultant to design and implement Oracle CPQ Cloud solutions. You will lead CPQ functional workstreams, work with stakeholders, and guide the team through design, testing, and deployment phases.

Ideal candidates bring 10–15 years of CPQ experience, strong integration skills with CRM/ERP, and a proven track record in Lead-to-Cash processes. The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and technical writing.

Formación

• Strong CPQ functional understanding and Oracle Cloud experience.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS; Master's preferred.
• 10–15 years of senior CPQ experience.
• Experience with Lead-to-Cash processes and Order-to-Quote.
• Experience integrating CPQ with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, OSC, EBS, JDE, Fusion).
• Hands-on experience with HLDs/LLDs and technical writing.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

CPQ Functional Lead Consultant - Enterprise Apps Area(s) of responsibility

As a Sr. Oracle CPQ Functional Consultant - 5B, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of Oracle CPQ Cloud solutions for our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements. Your role will involve managing the entire lifecycle of the project, from planning and design to testing and deployment. You will also be expected to provide expert guidance and support to the team, ensuring the successful delivery of the project.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle CPQ functional side in the projects, ensuring they are completed on time.
• Work closely with the business Technical team to understand their needs and translate them into CPQ functional solutions.
• Train and guide team members on CPQ functionality and Oracle Cloud features.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CPQ solutions, making adjustments as necessary.
• Should perform functional review's and internal demo.

Required Skills

• CPQ Functional: The candidate must have a strong understanding of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) functionality and its application in business processes.
• Oracle Cloud: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud is essential, with the ability to leverage its features to optimize business operations.
• Project Management: The candidate should have strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• A Master's degree or relevant Oracle certifications would be a plus.
• Good understanding of Lead to Cash flow (Opportunity to Order/Quote to Order).
• Expertise in Oracle Configure Price Quote (CPQ) Cloud applications and concepts.
• Hands on experience in Configuration, Commerce, Document Engine and Integration Sould be able to perform BA activities.
• Strong in BML and BMQL code to cover complex business use-cases.
• Should have hands on experience in writing HLDs/LLDs.
• Good to have knowledge in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML.
• Integration experience of Oracle CPQ with CRM/ERP like OSC, Salesforce, EBS, Fusion Apps, JDE, OTM etc. and other 3rd party applications.
• Experience with web services standards and technology including WSDL, SOAP, REST, XSL.
• Minimum 2-3 end-to-end Oracle CPQ implementations.
• Good to have Oracle certifications (CPQ certified Implementation specialist).
• Good communication, interpersonal skills, and soft skills.
• Knowledge of the Solution Design/Technical Design Should be familiar with CPQ implementation best practices and standard documentation.
