Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end ocean freight operations, including cargo booking, vessel scheduling, shipment tracking, and documentation handling.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers by handling inquiries, processing orders, and providing timely and professional communication on shipment status.
• Proactively coordinate with shipping lines, carriers, overseas agents, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
• Generate spot quotations, negotiate with carriers, and update customers and internal teams with the latest routing, pricing, and SOPs.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry in CW1, including shipment job creation, event updates, and proper documentation in E-docs.
• Manage carrier bookings and shipping instructions (SI) submissions efficiently, ensuring adherence to timelines and operational priorities.
