Job summary

• Lead day-to-day voice process operations and deliver on SLAs, KPIs and quality targets.
• Manage and mentor team leaders, managers and agents; drive performance, engagement and retention.
• Own the hiring-to-operations pipeline: coordinate interviews, close positions on time and ensure smooth onboarding and floor readiness.
• Partner with HR, training and quality teams to plan manpower, ramp-ups and attrition control.
• Act as the key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, with clear reporting and escalation handling.
• Review productivity, attendance, shrinkage and other operational metrics; implement improvement plans.
• Has experience in hiring for BPO requirements.

About the Role

The ideal candidate brings a recruitment background and strong voice process handling experience, with the communication skills to manage teams, clients and stakeholders, and the ability to take hiring and interview coordination through to smooth operational delivery.
