Operations & Service Delivery - Lead, manage, and optimize operations across functions. - Ensure timely and quality delivery of services as per SLAs, KPIs, and stakeholder expectations - Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality frameworks to monitor performance and track improvements 2.
