Paisly Solutions Pvt Ltd in Kolkata is seeking a Senior Executive – Operations with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Payment Gateway/FinTech operations to join the growing team.

The role focuses on day-to-day payment gateway operations, merchant onboarding, KYC verification, MIS and reconciliation, and close collaboration with banks, acquirers and internal teams to ensure smooth settlements and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Payment Gateway / FinTech Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Payin, Payout, Settlement, Reconciliation and Chargebacks.
• Experience working with Merchants, Acquirers and Banking Partners.
• Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced FinTech environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Payment Gateway operations, including Payin, Payout, Settlement and Reconciliation.
• Handle merchant onboarding, KYC verification and operational coordination.
• Monitor transactions and resolve issues within defined TAT.
• Prepare and maintain daily MIS, settlement and reconciliation reports.
• Coordinate with Banks, Acquirers, Payment Gateway partners and internal teams.
• Handle refunds, chargebacks and dispute-related operational activities.
• Monitor transaction success rates, failures and other operational parameters.
• Coordinate with the technical team for API/integration and transaction-related issues.
• Ensure proper follow-up and closure of merchant queries.
• Maintain operational records and ensure compliance with internal processes.
• Identify operational gaps and support process improvements.
