Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering.

• 8+ years of overhead transmission line design experience.
• Proficiency in PLS-CADD/PLS Tower/PLS Pole and transmission line modelling.
• Knowledge of BS/IEC/IS/IEEE/ANSI standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD / MicroStation and MS Office.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver detailed OHL designs including sag-tension, creep, clearance, and loading studies.
• Perform line routing, structure spotting, modelling, and clearance checks using PLS tools.
• Prepare Design reports, AD drawings, and technical documentation.
• Support tenders, scope definition, schedules, and risk registers.
• Ensure compliance with design standards, QA processes, and CDM regulations.
• Collaborate with internal project teams, suppliers, and clients.

About the Role
