Job summary

ARKRAY is seeking a Senior Officer R&D (Immunology rapid tests) to lead development of immunodiagnostic products in Surat. The role involves transferring technology from lab to production and ensuring product quality through GLP/ISO13485 practices.

Required: 2-3 years in IVD, MSc in Microbiology/Biotech/Biochemistry (1st class preferred), and knowledge of rapid assay development and immunology test methods such as lateral flow or flow-through.

Qualifications

• MSc in Microbiology, Biotechnology or Biochemistry (preferably 1st class).
• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in IVD industry in relevant area.
• Knowledge of rapid assay development.
• Immunology test development expertise (e.g. lateral flow, flow through).

Responsibilities

• Develop immunodiagnostic products.
• Develop new products to milestones and transfer tech from lab to production line.
• Improve existing products and troubleshoot batch failures; investigate complaints.
• Design experiments, implement Good Laboratory Practice and prepare ISO13485 documentation for tech transfer to Production and QC.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Developing the Immunodiagnostic products
• Development of new products in timely manner, as per milestones
• Effectively transfer technology from lab to production line and provide support.
• Improvement of existing products
• To assist in trouble shooting during batch failure and investigation of product complaints
• To design experiments, implement Good Laboratory practice and prepare documentation to comply with ISO13485 standards related to transfer of technology to Production and QC department
