Job summary

Sun Pharma is seeking a Senior Officer for the CQC (Complaints) unit in Vadodara. The role focuses on logging and evaluating customer complaints and queries, coordinating with stakeholders, and issuing acknowledgement and response letters to complainants.

Educational background required is B.Pharma or M.Sc in Life Sciences, with 5–6 years of experience. Location-based responsibilities include on-site duties at the Tandalja facility.

Qualifications

• Experience with handling complaints in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with quality systems and document logging.

Responsibilities

• Receipt, evaluation and logging of complaints into TrackWise.
• Receipt, evaluation and logging of customer queries.
• Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders involved in the complaint handling process.
• Provide the acknowledgement and the response letter to the complainant.
• Reconciliation of received Product Quality Complaints.

Position Summary –

• Receipt, evaluation and logging of complaints into TrackWise.
• Receipt, evaluation and logging of customer queries.
• Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders involved in the complaint handling process.
• Provide the acknowledgement and the response letter to the complainant.
• Reconciliation of received Product Quality Complaints.

Note

• Candidate should have worked in manufacturing location which caters to US Market.
• In addition to the site QA experience, Corporate Quality experience is an added advantage.
