• Collection of data from all CFT teams for compilation of PQR.
• Statistical evaluation of identified CPP & CQA at Manufacturing and Quality Control stage using Minitab software.
• Based on the PQR data, recommendation to be made to the concerned department and ensure implementation of the same.
