Senior Odoo Functional Consultant

Job Description

At Highshine IT Solutions, we are seeking a Senior Odoo Functional Consultant to lead the implementation and customization of Odoo ERP solutions. You will collaborate with clients to analyze requirements, configure modules, and ensure successful project delivery, driving impactful business solutions to optimize operations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and analyze business requirements for Odoo implementations.
• Configure Odoo modules such as Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, and HR to meet business needs.
• Provide functional expertise during the design, testing, and implementation phases of Odoo projects.
• Assist in troubleshooting, resolving, and optimizing Odoo system issues.
• Conduct user training sessions and create documentation for Odoo functionalities.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Odoo modules, including Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, and CRM.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and map them to functional solutions in Odoo.
• Strong understanding of Odoo configurations, workflows, and reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Odoo certifications will be an advantage.
• Experience with Odoo Community and Enterprise editions.
• Familiarity with Odoo Studio for basic customizations and integrations.
• Basic understanding of Python and PostgreSQL for minor troubleshooting.
