Job summary

UST is seeking a Senior Network Security Engineer to lead the design and implementation of enterprise Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. The role focuses on replacing legacy VPNs with identity-aware access models and enabling secure access transformation across global teams.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in network security, hands-on ZTNA experience, and a Bachelor’s degree in CS/Networking or related field.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in network security design and engineering.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise ZTNA and VPN replacement.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Networking or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and security objectives into scalable Zero Trust access architectures.
• Design, implement, and support enterprise-scale ZTNA solutions across global environments.
• Lead secure access transformation initiatives, including migration from traditional VPNs to Zero Trust models.
• Develop least-privilege access frameworks based on identity, device posture, and application context.
• Design secure access strategies for remote employees, third-party partners, and privileged users.
• Drive application segmentation and access policies aligned with Zero Trust principles.
• Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to onboard applications into ZTNA platforms.
• Provide security visibility, telemetry analysis, risk reporting, and posture assessment for access security platforms.

• Support security audits, compliance initiatives, and continuous improvement of Zero Trust frameworks.
• Partner with global cybersecurity, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to deliver secure access solutions.
