TD SYNNEX seeks an experienced network engineer to design, configure, and support complex regional networks, including SD-WAN, firewalls, and IVR. You will mentor junior engineers and coordinate with vendors to improve reliability and performance, aligning with business growth and M&A initiatives.
You should have 5–8 years in networking, a strong background in Cisco/CCNP-related certifications, and a track record of delivering high-quality network solutions.
Provides moderate design, full configuration, and full support for complex data, voice, storage, and/or video networks, which will include contact center and network security technology. Demonstrates subject matter expertise in at least one of these disciplines to be able to handle most design questions and all but the most challenging support issues in TD SYNNEX's complex global environment, while delivering exceptional responsiveness, quality and reliability. Makes effective use of all resources, including support contracts, to securely and effectively solve problems, and also provides technical guidance to more junior engineers. Proactively engages with vendors and partners to explore ways to further optimize TD SYNNEX services for reliability, performance and efficiency.
5 to 8 Years of relevant work experience. Master's / Postgraduate Degree with Network Engineering or Related Field of Study preferred. Bachelor's Degree with Network Engineering or Related field of study required. Other Education / Certifications:

Able to exhibit ability to be sensitive to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others. Able to quickly learn new systems and technology. Able to use relevant computer system applications at an advanced level.
Consistent non-standard work or overtime as business requires. On-call availability required as necessary. Professional, office environment. Some travel required.
