Job summary

Crowe is seeking a skilled NetSuite professional in India to lead customization projects and provide client-facing consulting. You will manage a sub-team of five, coordinate with global clients via video calls, and guide the enhancement of existing NetSuite systems.

Ethical conduct and alignment with Crowe values are essential. The role requires testing and validating customizations, as well as strong accounting knowledge and the ability to adapt to after-hours calls.

• Design, communicate, and test NetSuite customizations, without developing the actual code
• Provide client-facing consulting through numerous video calls with USA and Middle East clients
• Actively manage a sub-team of 5 people
• Interact frequently with coaches
• Help clients improve their existing NetSuite systems
• Work standard hours from noon to 9pm IST and take later client-facing calls as required

• Act ethically and with integrity at all times

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of NetSuite experience
• Extremely strong client-facing skills
• Well-rounded NetSuite knowledge
• Experience designing, communicating, and testing NetSuite customizations
• Working proficiency with basic accounting topics
• Flexibility to take client-facing calls later in the evening as required by clients
• Strong passion for helping clients improve existing NetSuite systems
• Ability to actively manage a sub-team of 5 people
• Previous management experience of small teams preferred, but not required
• NetSuite certifications preferred but not required
• Extensive NetSuite ARM and FAM module experience preferred but not required
• Industry certifications such as CA, CMA, or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred but not required
• Willingness to pursue additional serious certifications
