Job summary

Strong Point is seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer to design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core. You will build RESTful APIs, work with SQL Server, and apply best practices in software design and testing.

The role requires 9–10+ years of hands-on .NET experience, strong problem-solving and collaboration skills, and the ability to work remotely from India during the US second shift. Immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience with .NET technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, and RESTful APIs.
• Proficient with ASP.NET MVC/Core and SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures).
• Good knowledge of OOP, SOLID, design patterns, and version control (Git).

We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer with 10+ years of software development experience to design, develop, maintain, and enhance applications using Microsoft .NET technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on experience in C#, .NET/.NET Core, Web API development, SQL Server, and application development best practices.

JOB DETAILS

Work Mode: Fully Remote

Shift: US (Second Shift)

Joining: Immediate joiners to 30 days notice period preferred

Note: Open to India-based candidates only.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C#, .NET, and .NET Core.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Work with Microsoft SQL Server, including writing and optimizing queries, stored procedures, and database operations.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
• Write clean, scalable, maintainable, and high-quality code.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and application performance optimization.
• Maintain existing applications and implement enhancements as required.

Required Skills

• 9–10+ years of hands‑on experience in .NET development.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core/.NET 6+.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and web services.
• Strong knowledge of ASP.NET MVC and/or ASP.NET Core.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, T‑SQL, stored procedures, and query optimization.
• Good understanding of object‑oriented programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems.
• Strong debugging, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment during the US second shift.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Entity Framework or Entity Framework Core.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience with unit testing and automated testing frameworks.
• Exposure to Azure or other cloud platforms is an advantage.
