Stavtar Solutions, a software and technology services company with offices in Bengaluru and Mumbai, is seeking a seasoned .NET Architect. You will lead the design and delivery of high-performance financial applications, leveraging .NET Core, C#, and cloud platforms to drive scalable solutions.

You will define architectural standards, guide API development, and mentor teams while focusing on Hedge Funds, Private Equity, and Alternate Asset Management workflows.

Competenze

• 10+ years in .NET development and architecture, with 5+ years in financial services tech.
• Experience in Hedge Funds, Private Equity, or Alternate Asset Management.
• Strong proficiency in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, Web API, Microservices, EF, and SQL Server.
• Experience with Azure/AWS cloud platforms, serverless, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Hands-on API development experience.
• Strong data structures, algorithms, and design patterns knowledge.
• Experience in CI/CD, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for fast-paced environments.

About This Role

We're looking for a .Net Architect who is highly skilled and analytical, dynamic, people-oriented person to join our development team in Bangalore or Mumbai. This role requires strong technical proficiency in .NET technologies, cloud platforms, and financial systems architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, Design, and Implement scalable and high-performance financial applications using .NET Core, C#, and related technologies.
• Lead Technology Strategy by defining best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines for application development.
• Domain Expertise: Provide deep insights into Alternative Asset Management, Hedge Funds, and Private Equity workflows, including fund accounting, trade lifecycle, portfolio management, and investor reporting.
• Integrations & APIs: Develop robust APIs and integrations with trading platforms, custodians, fund administrators, and regulatory systems.
• Cloud & DevOps: Drive cloud-native architecture using Azure/AWS, implement CI/CD pipelines, and ensure system resilience.
• Security & Compliance: Implement best practices in application security, data protection, and financial regulatory compliance.
• Performance Optimization: Conduct system performance tuning, load testing, and optimizations to enhance application efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and development teams to align technology solutions with business goals.

Required Competences- Must have Skills

• 10+ years of experience in .NET development and architecture, with at least 5+ years in financial services technology.
• Proven experience in Hedge Funds, Private Equity, or Alternate Asset Management domain.
• Strong proficiency in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, Web API, Microservices, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
• Experience with Azure/AWS cloud platforms, serverless computing, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience in API development
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Experience in CI/CD, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

AI Proficiency

• Breadth across Copilot/Cursor/Claude Code/Windsurf
• AI governance & security policy awareness
• AI in design/front-end - Figma AI, v0, component generation.
• Core prompt-engineering literacy - framing, iterating, verifying.

Expertise Competences- Good to have Skills

• Familiarity with third-party financial services APIs (Bloomberg, Reuters, Markit, etc.).
• Azure DevOps experience
• Knowledge of Angular 8+
• Knowledge of AI/ML applications in financial analytics.
