You will lead end-to-end video creation, produce 2D/3D animations, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver compelling content that elevates storytelling and supports business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Animation, Film/Video, Digital Media or related field.
• 8–10 years of professional experience in video editing, animation, and motion graphics.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of codecs, frame rates, color grading, sound design, and production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end creation of high-quality videos: storyboarding, editing, color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and delivery per brand guidelines.
• Conceptualize and produce 2D/3D animations, explainers, promos, intros, and VFX using industry tools.
• Translate complex ideas into clear visual narratives supporting marketing, product, and internal comms goals.
• Manage multiple projects with timely delivery within SLAs while maintaining creative excellence.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to align concepts and incorporate feedback.
• Produce formats for social media, training, events, product demos, teasers, and campaigns.

Ecolab is searching for a driven Senior Motion Graphics & Video Specialist within our Marketing Services division in Pune, India. This role is responsible for translating marketing objectives into compelling visual designs and experiences across print and digital channels.

As a member of the Creative Services team, you will use design principles, technologies, and techniques to create engaging visual concepts, ensure brand consistency and deliver high-impact visual solutions for print and digital channels that elevate storytelling and drive business outcomes. You will collaborate cross-functionally with BU/Divisional Marcomm, Brand and digital teams to create engaging, client-centric design solutions that convey a compelling visual story while contributing to Marketing Services process excellence and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

• Lead the end - to - end creation of high-quality videos, including storyboarding, editing, color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and final delivery aligned with brand guidelines and project briefs.
• Conceptualize and produce engaging 2D/3D animations, explainers, promos, intros, and visual effects using industry standard tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Animate).
• Transform complex ideas into clear, compelling visual narratives that support marketing, product, and internal communication goals.
• Handle simultaneous video and animation projects, ensuring timely delivery within Services SLAs while maintaining creative excellence.
• Work closely with marketing, product, creative, and cross functional teams to understand requirements, present concepts, align on direction and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Produce a variety of video formats such as social media clips, training modules, event videos, product demos, teasers, and campaign content optimized for multiple platforms.
• Conduct QC checks, enhance visual and audio quality, and proactively flag creative or technical risks that may impact output.
• Partner with designers, writers, storyboard artists and other creative roles to ensure cohesive and unified content across campaigns and channels.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Film Production, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 8-10 years of professional experience in video editing, animation, and motion graphics within a creative, marketing, or production environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator, and related video/animation tools.
• Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, frame rates, color grading, sound design, and production workflows.
• Ability to convert briefs and concepts into engaging, high-quality video content.
• Strong sense of design, typography, layout, and brand aesthetics.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting SLAs and tight timelines.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills to work with cross functional teams.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior editors/animators as needed.
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Use of AI-assisted editing tools for scene detection, cleanup, and automated enhancements is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI plug-ins for motion design (auto-rigging, text-prompted animation, smart morphing).
