Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, Chemical Engineering or related technical field.
• 6–8 years of relevant engineering experience in semiconductor/high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing and process engineering principles, with experience in standardization and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Drive global process alignment and standardization across Micron network factories and subcontractors.
• Coordinate implementation of new processes, equipment, and materials, including SOPs and training materials.
• Review and maintain Global FMEA and Quality Control Plans (QCP).
• Support network change management with structured technical reviews and risk assessment.
• Identify opportunities to standardize manufacturing and engineering processes with site and global SMEs.
• Define and monitor engineering and process metrics to measure alignment and performance across the network.
• Collaborate with site teams to troubleshoot gaps and drive corrective actions.
• Support subcontractor manufacturing operations with process health and quality oversight.
• Assist onboarding and qualification of new subcontractors for manufacturing alignment.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing between global and site teams for consistent execution.
