• Mentor and coach software managers and leaders, providing growth opportunities
• Oversee complex software projects, monitor progress and address challenges
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement
• Participate in hiring and onboarding, set and evaluate performance goals
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software development.
