One of our clients, a leading lubricants and specialist oils manufacturing company headquartered in Mumbai and operations in over 15 cities in India.

We are looking out for Manager/Sr Manager - HR Operations and Talent Acquisition for Bandra - West office in Mumbai

Job Description

Designation - Mgr/Sr Manager- HR operations and Talent acquisition

Job locations- Bandra- West @Mumbai

Reporting to- Head HR

Experience - 6-10 years in Talent acquisition in manufacturing/ Petro chemical/ Chemical/ Oil and gas industry preferably.

Joining- Maximum - 30 days or less

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment Strategy Development:
    • Develop effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent across various functions.
    • Set manpower plans for divisions and departments on an annual basis and determine vacancies and the best recruitment process and solutions.
    • Review job descriptions as per manpower budget and current positions existed in the Company.
  2. Stakeholder Management:
    • Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition and workforce planning.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and a seamless hiring process.
  3. Market Intelligence:
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor practices to refine and enhance our recruitment strategies and practices.
    • Ensure recruitment processes adhere to legal and regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records and generate reports on recruitment metrics.
  4. Talent Pool Management:
    • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
    • Develop relationships with potential candidates and engage with passive talent.
    • Collaborate and work closely with HR Team & other stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring and achieving business goals.
