Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in fashion merchandising.
• Experience in handling high fashion garments.
• Must have knowledge of order processing and production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Offer New Styles/Sample projections to buyers.
• Check purchase orders for accurate details.
• Allocate orders to the Production Department.
• Get the Fabric POs made
• Allocate the orders to the Production Department
• Update the orders in the TnA
• Check the raw material ordered against the order qty
• Chase the processing of material to be inhouse 15 days before EX FTY date
• Chasing and sending the Fits, Gold Seals, TOPs and Approvals as per the TnA
• Graded patterns – ensure all comments incorporated and graded patterns received at least 10 days before ex fty date
• Check the quality of the stitched pcs
• Check the New Orders added, and follow up
