Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech Mechanical Engineering required.
• Experience in industrial boiler and steam systems essential.
• Knowledge of ASME, IBR and NFPA standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead boiler and steam system engineering activities.
• Review boiler specifications, P&IDs, datasheets, and vendor documents.
• Perform boiler sizing, steam demand, and energy efficiency assessments.
• Support technical bid evaluation and equipment selection.
• Troubleshoot boiler, burner, and steam system issues.
• Ensure compliance with ASME, IBR, NFPA and applicable standards.
• Support FAT, SAT, commissioning, and performance testing.
• Develop and standardize boiler and steam system best practices.

About the Role

Seeking an experienced Boiler SME with strong expertise in industrial boiler systems, steam generation, steam distribution, condensate recovery, combustion systems, and utility engineering. The role will support engineering design, vendor evaluation, troubleshooting, optimization, commissioning, and development of engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead boiler and steam system engineering activities.
• Review boiler specifications, P&IDs, datasheets, and vendor documents.
• Perform boiler sizing, steam demand, and energy efficiency assessments.
