Wipro Engineering Services is seeking a results-oriented Senior Manager Marketing to lead and scale our marketing efforts with a clear focus on business outcomes. This role demands a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who can translate technology offerings into market impact, drive pipeline growth, and position Wipro as a leader in engineering and digital transformation.

Key responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Define and execute the marketing strategy for Wipro Engineering Services in alignment with business goals.
    • Lead a high-performing team of marketers and content creators, fostering innovation and collaboration.
  • Content & Thought Leadership:
    • Own the content strategy across formats blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and presentations.
    • Translate complex engineering and IT offerings into compelling narratives that resonate with CXOs, decision-makers, and technical audiences.
  • Campaigns & GTM Execution:
    • Design and run integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, analyst relations, and sales enablement.
    • Partner with sales, delivery, and practice teams to build go-to-market plans for key offerings and solutions
  • Brand & Positioning:
    • Strengthen Wipros positioning in engineering and technology services through storytelling, media outreach, and analyst engagement.
    • Drive visibility for marquee wins, innovation stories, and strategic partnerships
  • Team & Stakeholder Management:
    • Mentor and manage a team of marketers, writers, and external agencies.
    • Collaborate with global marketing, business unit heads, and corporate communications
Qualifications & skills:
  • 10-15 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in IT services, engineering, or technology domains.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong content writing and editorial skills with a deep understanding of technology and IT services.
  • Experience in campaign management, digital marketing, and event strategy.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and analytical skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or related field. MBA preferred.
