About the role:
Wipro Engineering Services is seeking a results-oriented Senior Manager Marketing to lead and scale our marketing efforts with a clear focus on business outcomes. This role demands a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who can translate technology offerings into market impact, drive pipeline growth, and position Wipro as a leader in engineering and digital transformation.
Key responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Define and execute the marketing strategy for Wipro Engineering Services in alignment with business goals.
- Lead a high-performing team of marketers and content creators, fostering innovation and collaboration.
- Content & Thought Leadership:
- Own the content strategy across formats blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and presentations.
- Translate complex engineering and IT offerings into compelling narratives that resonate with CXOs, decision-makers, and technical audiences.
- Campaigns & GTM Execution:
- Design and run integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, analyst relations, and sales enablement.
- Partner with sales, delivery, and practice teams to build go-to-market plans for key offerings and solutions
- Brand & Positioning:
- Strengthen Wipros positioning in engineering and technology services through storytelling, media outreach, and analyst engagement.
- Drive visibility for marquee wins, innovation stories, and strategic partnerships
- Team & Stakeholder Management:
- Mentor and manage a team of marketers, writers, and external agencies.
- Collaborate with global marketing, business unit heads, and corporate communications
Qualifications & skills:
- 10-15 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in IT services, engineering, or technology domains.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong content writing and editorial skills with a deep understanding of technology and IT services.
- Experience in campaign management, digital marketing, and event strategy.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and analytical skills.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or related field. MBA preferred.
