You will create compelling content that educates buyers, supports sales, improves search visibility, and positions the company as a thought leader across the UK, US, India, and UAE markets.

You will develop and execute the monthly content calendar, write blogs, website copy, landing pages, eBooks, white papers, case studies and sales enablement

Qualifications

• 6+ years of B2B SaaS content marketing experience.
• Exceptional English writing and editing skills.
• Experience writing for technical/business audiences.
• Strong understanding of SEO and keyword research.
• Familiarity with AI, CRM, contact centre, and enterprise software.
• Proficient with content tools like ChatGPT/Claude and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end content lifecycle for the enterprise platform.
• Develop and execute monthly content calendars and strategy.
• Write blogs, website copy, eBooks, case studies and sales materials.
• Create LinkedIn, X, Facebook content and repurpose long-form content.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, SEO and Design teams.

We are looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to own the end-to-end content lifecycle for AI-native enterprise platform. You will create compelling content that educates buyers, supports sales, improves search visibility, and positions Worktual as a thought leader across the UK, US, India, and UAE markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the monthly content calendar.
• Write high-quality blogs, website copy, landing pages, eBooks, white papers, case studies, customer stories and solution briefs.
• Create sales enablement content including brochures, presentations, one-pagers, email campaigns and battle cards.
• Repurpose long-form content into LinkedIn, X, Facebook and email content.
• Work closely with Product Marketing, SEO and Design teams.
• Optimise content for search while maintaining quality and readability.
• Conduct competitor and industry research.
• Use AI writing tools responsibly to accelerate content creation while maintaining originality and accuracy.
• Measure content performance and recommend improvements.
