Qualifications

Job description

Job Requirements
  • Production workorders generation in SOI (Standard Operation Instructions) contexts.

    • Configuration control

    • Update drawings

  • Proven experience in CATIA and simulation tools.

  • MRB (Material Review Board) creation and management of disposition justifications for non-conformances.

  • Active participation in In-Service Support environments, including Service Bulletins.

    • Drafting technical notes with PRE and POST modifications and reports for airworthiness certification.

    • Ability to coordinate with other areas: services (Service Bulletins, Technical Publications), industrialization.

  • Knowledge of aircraft installed systems (definition, implementation, and functional validation), especially avionics and electrical systems.

  • Knowledge and application of FAA/EASA/Part 25/MILS-STD regulations.

  • Familiarity with ATA 25/ATA 24 standards.

  • 2D to 3D conversion skills.

  • Limited knowledge and experience in Structural Design, Stress Analysis, Product Design, and Technology Development, including design optimization.

Work Experience
  • Education: Aerospace, Industrial Engineering, or similar with aerospace industry knowledge.

  • Fluent English level.

  • 6-10 years of experience in the aerospace sector, working in OEMs Final Assembly Lines (FALs) or aircraft systems-related Tier-1s, with familiarity in international environments.

  • Experience managing OEMs' technical/process documentation.

  • Knowledge of virtual and digital contexts, including PLM, cloud, Software Management, and Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE).

  • CNC diagnostics and operation experience.

  • Experience/background in aircraft interior modifications.

  • Experience with aircraft system testing; computer-aided testing is desirable.

  • Knowledge of EMI/EMC standards.

  • Understanding of aircraft safety protocols.

  • Update DMU and drawings.
