Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific India Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead the APJ CRG Region and drive talent strategy across CRO-related functions.

You will build and coach high-performing teams, partner with hiring managers across regions, and implement processes and technologies to attract top talent and close roles swiftly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any field.
• 6+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience leading TA teams in sourcing top CRO talent.
• Experience working in a matrix organization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and coach high-performing TA teams across the APJ CRO region.
• Provide insights to drive strategic decision-making and hiring plans.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract and hire talent aligned with business plans.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand needs and create effective hiring plans globally and regionally.
• Partner with HR to integrate new hires and improve recruitment processes.
• Evaluate and improve recruitment processes and adopt technology to boost productivity.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely closures.
• Interact effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth talent flows.
• Pharma/CRO industry experience in a matrix organization is valuable.
